I'm a New Orleans native who now calls Baton Rouge home, and I'm proud to be a Louisiana-based photographer. I fell in love with art long before I ever called myself a photographer. As a child, I was always reaching for my parents' Polaroid camera, eager to capture the little moments that seemed too special to let slip away. Looking back, I often wish my own family had invested more in timeless photographs—images that could have become treasured heirlooms and been passed down through generations. That desire to preserve memories is at the heart of everything I do today.

I've always been fascinated by the connection between people, animals, nature, and the environments that shape our lives. I originally studied biology in college because I dreamed of exploring ecology and understanding those relationships. Along the way, I realized my passion wasn't researching those connections—it was preserving them through art.

​

That journey led me to The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where I studied Graphic Design with a minor in Photography. There, I discovered the perfect blend of creativity and storytelling, allowing me to combine my love for design, living beings, and the beauty of the world around us.

For eight wonderful years, I worked as a studio photographer in Baton Rouge, specializing in newborn photography. Those years taught me the importance of patience, connection, and preserving life's most precious milestones. Later, I transitioned into graphic design and eventually brand marketing, where I developed a deeper appreciation for visual storytelling and creating meaningful experiences.
